Story
“On arrival I jumped out of the van, as I threw 10kg on my back again I instantly felt like I was in Italy. Whilst some areas in the surroundings feel like big city’s, Verona felt just right. For just one night, I walked, I ate amazing pasta, listened to an incredible young violinist busk nearby whilst his friend collected money for him. All in all I will remember this place as a little Rome, music in the square, castles and arches by waterways, kind people trying to help us get into our accomodation when we didn’t have the access code. It’s the little random things you remember, they are the memories that last. “
